With 24 years of production experience, Guangdong Guose Modular Construction Co.,LTD (Guose) proudly delivered the highly anticipated "Top 1 Smart Solar Gas Station Project in Africa." This landmark project not only highlights our exceptional capabilities in constructing premium gas station canopy and gas station pylon sign but also perfectly integrates renewable energy technology, setting a new benchmark for the global petrol station upgrade and transformation.
Core Engineering: Canopy and Pylon Construction
For this African project, we custom-designed a high-specification gas station canopy. Our team utilized advanced modeling technology to ensure the structural stability of petrol station canopy construction under extreme weather conditions. We selected top-tier stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized sheets to ensure the fuel station canopy withstands heavy rain and UV radiation, significantly extending its lifespan. Notably, we integrated BIPV modules onto the canopy. This innovative solar canopy not only powers the petrol station fuel pump and fuel dispenser but also feeds surplus energy into the grid, achieving "carbon neutrality" and extending the lifespan of the gas station equipment from 5-10 years to 25 years.
Equipment Integration: Turnkey Solutions
From initial design and licensing to mid-term installation of petrol station equipment and final commissioning, we provide comprehensive turnkey services. To meet diverse local demands in Africa, we configured traditional LPG filling station setups alongside flexible mobile fuel station and portable fuel station solutions. For space-constrained areas, our container fuel station and mini fuel station designs are highly favored. The internal systems integrate fuel pump for gas stations, fuel dispenser, controllers, and inverters, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the entire gas station.
Value Addition: Convenience Store and Accessories
To enhance our clients' ROI, we extended our services to the gas station convenience store. From shelving and cashier counters to gas station price signs and LED lighting, we supply a full range of gas station accessories. Our gas station signage and led gas station canopy designs are eye-catching, significantly boosting brand recognition.
